1.Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "jelebet" or "the Platform" means the online gaming website accessible at jelebet.vip, including all associated mobile-optimized pages, services, and features.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account on jelebet and is accessing the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on jelebet, including all associated wallet balances and gameplay records.
• "Game Wallet" means the balance denominated in Philippine Peso (₱) available for wagering within jelebet games.
• "Cash Wallet" means the deposited PHP balance held in the Player's jelebet account prior to transfer to the Game Wallet.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by jelebet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2.Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the jelebet Platform — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, or engaging in any game — you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the jelebet Privacy Policy, and any additional rules and policies governing specific games or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.

2.2 These Terms apply to all users of jelebet regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. Use of the Platform via a mobile browser, installed Progressive Web App (PWA), or any other access method is subject to the same Terms.

2.3 jelebet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered mobile number or email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 To register a jelebet account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as Players); (c) provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including a valid Philippine mobile number; (d) not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order on jelebet or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform; and (e) be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under any laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jelebet account only. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. jelebet's systems actively monitor for duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jelebet reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelebet account credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication codes. jelebet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access results from a Player's failure to secure their credentials.

3.4 You must notify jelebet immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4.Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

4.1 In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws, jelebet is required to verify the identity of all Players. Verification ("KYC") may be required at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, when a Player's cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds, or at any other time jelebet deems appropriate based on regulatory or risk considerations.

4.2 Acceptable identification documents for jelebet KYC include: Philippine Passport, UMID Card, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Voter's ID, or any valid government-issued photo identification card. Supporting documents such as proof of billing address may also be requested.

4.3 jelebet may suspend withdrawal functionality — without suspending gameplay — pending successful KYC completion. Funds held during a KYC review remain secure and are not forfeited; however, they cannot be released until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Providing fraudulent, altered, or borrowed identification documents to jelebet constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to relevant authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

5.Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Currency. All jelebet transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jelebet does not accept foreign currency deposits; any foreign currency received will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, net of applicable conversion fees.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jelebet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jelebet's discretion without prior notice.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are published on the Withdrawal page within the Player's jelebet account dashboard.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. jelebet targets withdrawal processing times of under fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals once a withdrawal request has been approved. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are subject to standard interbank processing times which may extend to the same banking day or the following banking day. These timelines are targets, not guarantees; actual processing times may vary due to payment provider availability, network congestion, or regulatory review requirements.

5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are permitted from Cash Wallet balances only. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. A Player's Cash Wallet balance is the sum of deposited funds, net of gameplay losses, plus any eligible converted winnings from completed Wagering Requirements.

5.6 jelebet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment service providers (e.g., GCash, banks) may apply their own transaction fees over which jelebet has no control.

5.7 Third-Party Payments Prohibited. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. jelebet will not process deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to return funds received from unverified third-party sources, less any applicable third-party transfer fees.

6.Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All games available on jelebet — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly provide otherwise.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on jelebet use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. jelebet does not manipulate outcomes in its favor beyond the published theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game.

6.3 Live Casino Games. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in professional studios. Outcomes are determined by physical means in real time. jelebet live dealer feeds are streamed in HD and are subject to regular technical review. In the event of a technical interruption during a live game round, jelebet's void and re-bet policy (published in the live casino help section) applies.

6.4 Bets placed and accepted by the jelebet system are binding. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a normal outcome of gaming activity. jelebet does not compensate Players for losses incurred in the normal course of gameplay.

6.5 jelebet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a technical error has affected the integrity of the game result; (b) the bet was placed on an event the outcome of which was already known at the time of placement; or (c) jelebet has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

7.Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 jelebet offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP reward schemes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. jelebet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim new-player bonuses; systematic wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; use of automated betting software in conjunction with bonus play; and collusion between Players during bonus-eligible periods. Identified bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7.4 jelebet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted and in play by eligible Players at the time of such amendment.

8.Responsible Gaming

8.1 jelebet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic. jelebet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which the Platform will prompt the Player to log out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a break from jelebet for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from jelebet. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-excluded Players are prohibited from creating new jelebet accounts.

8.2 Players who are experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to seek support. jelebet recommends contacting PAGCOR's responsible gaming hotline or accessing resources via the jelebet Responsible Gaming page.

8.3 jelebet staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact Players where usage patterns indicate potential gambling harm. jelebet reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account without Player request where such action is warranted by the Player's usage pattern or regulatory requirement.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jelebet and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false or misleading registration information, including identity, age, or payment account ownership;
• Registering or maintaining more than one jelebet account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with jelebet games;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with jelebet sports betting markets;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any jelebet game;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the jelebet Platform;
• Using jelebet for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jelebet staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order.

10.Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 jelebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, where: (a) jelebet has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) jelebet is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any competent regulatory authority; (c) jelebet determines that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform; or (d) the account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

10.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, jelebet will return the verified Cash Wallet balance to the Player via the Player's last registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

10.3 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jelebet reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Forfeiture of balances will only occur where jelebet has clear evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 of these Terms.

10.4 Players may voluntarily close their jelebet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any Cash Wallet balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of all applicable KYC checks.

11.Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the jelebet Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of jelebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jelebet Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No right, title, or interest in any jelebet intellectual property is transferred to the Player by virtue of this licence.

11.3 Reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any jelebet content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

12.Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jelebet shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform; (c) loss of data, game history, or account access resulting from technical failures outside jelebet's reasonable control; or (d) losses caused by a Player's own negligence, including failure to secure account credentials.

12.2 jelebet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the Cash Wallet balance held in the Player's account at the time the claim arises.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits jelebet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13.Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 jelebet collects and processes Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 jelebet is subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations. Player data is processed only for lawful purposes including account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jelebet's support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. jelebet commits to responding to formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

14.3 Players who believe jelebet has acted in violation of its PAGCOR licence conditions may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official published complaint channels.

15.Amendments to These Terms

15.1 jelebet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, financial terms, or fundamental gameplay rules — jelebet will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via SMS to the Player's registered mobile number or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

15.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

15.3 The current version of these Terms, showing the date of last update, is always available on the jelebet website. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of jelebet following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
